Our artisanal honey is raw and unprocessed: it is gently filtered to remove beeswax, but is never heated, mixed, or microfiltered, meaning you get the best quality, pure honey. The bees worked hard to make it, visiting 2 million flowers to make each pound of honey. We want to ensure we preserve the integrity of their effort so you get all of the health benefits and depth of flavor from each jar of our local honey.

We have 2 types of honey:
- Jordan Lake Honey: Raw, wildflower honey that highlights the floral diversity of the Apex, North Carolina area. It includes tulip poplar, blackberries, mimosa, locust, and privet.
- Mountain honey: In June and July, we take our bees on an adventure to a remote mountain site in the Appalachian mountains outside of Asheville to catch a second flow. It is lighter in color and has a lovely subtle citrus flavor.
Honey pricing:
- 8 oz glass jars: $10
- 16 oz squeeze bottles: $15
- 24 oz glass jars: $20
- Quart (44 oz) glass jars: $35
- Gallon jug: $95
- Handmade cedar gift boxes with one 8 oz jar each of Jordan Lake and Mountain honey: $30
Gift boxes are a wonderful way to compare flavors! They also make a lovely way to display tea canisters and tea bags. The cedar is salvaged from local logs destined for a landfill, cut into lumber on our sawmill, and handmade by Scott.
